Quality Certifications

The Arnaldo Caprai company considers issues concerning sustainability and the protection and preservation of the environment to be fundamental. The fixed point of observation always remains the same: trying to behave in harmony with natural evolution cycles, preserving and enhancing the territory in which we operate. This is why the company has decided to create an Environmental Management System (EMS) that complies with international regulations, as well as to develop a voluntary territorial protocol of environmental, economic and social sustainability of the production process. In particular, the company is committed to maintaining the following standards

EQUALITAS - Standard SOPD Sustainable Organisation Module - OS / is a certifiable voluntary standard on wine sustainability www.equalitas.it. It was born from a stakeholder movement, which also involved the New Green Revolution protocol of Montefalco, with the aim of bringing together wine sector companies for a homogeneous and shared vision of sustainability, according to the three pillars of social, environmental and economic. The initiative was developed by Federdoc and the Italian Union Wines to take up the technical and cultural legacy of the Forum for Wine Sustainability born in Italy in 2013 www.vinosostenibile.org. At present, it is the main Italian standard for sustainability in the wine supply chain with a vision and approach that unites the demands of business, society and the market. Arnaldo Caprai has been Equalitas certified since 2019.
