enters sweet and warm, soft and intense, the tannin does its job by balancing the sugar and leaving the mouth ready for another taste
Pairings
traditional Umbrian cakes and biscuits, such as 'tozzetti', tarts, dark chocolate, creamy and mature cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C
